At Signovate, we aim to provide high-quality signage products and complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- You must initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the invoice and original product tags/labels.
- Photographic evidence of damage or defect is required for approval.

Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
